Digital IP-sealing and e-signature platform — a 10+ service Node/TypeScript backend and two React frontends.

• –Shipped the Next.js 15 / React 19 end-user app and an admin panel with RBAC across 10+ roles for 1000+ users.
• –Integrated qualified digital signing via Swisscom Mobile ID and UAE Pass, including mTLS client-certificate configuration.
• –Built an admin-managed knowledge base of 39 articles with CRUD, markdown import/export, and cache invalidation on write.
• –Built the AI support assistant — Claude API microservice, SSE streaming, agentic loop over 13 tools, also exposed as an MCP server under per-user JWT auth.
• –Cut model spend ~10x by prompt-caching the system prompt, knowledge base, and tool definitions on a 1-hour TTL, holding blended cost to $0.016 per conversation.
