Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how orders placed with Rajveer Mahida through https://rajveerx.in are delivered. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions.

1. No physical shipping

I sell only services and digital products. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses involved.

2. How each purchase is delivered

  • Software development projects: delivered online, by email, through access to a code repository (for example GitHub), as a deployment to your hosting account, or as downloadable files. Timelines and milestones are set out in the Proposal agreed before work starts. Typical projects take 1–8 weeks depending on scope.
  • Consulting calls and sessions: held online over video call at the time we booked. You receive the meeting link by email once payment is confirmed, normally within 24 hours.
  • Digital products and subscriptions: access is given online. After payment you receive a confirmation email with access details or a download link, usually immediately and always within 24 hours.

3. Delivery confirmation

Every successful payment gets a confirmation email with the transaction details. If you have not received your confirmation, access details or meeting link within 24 hours of a successful payment, email rajveermahida.dev@gmail.com with your transaction ID and I will resolve it within 1 business day.

4. Delays

If a project delivery date is going to slip, I will tell you in writing as early as possible with a revised date. Delays caused by missing information, access or feedback from you move the delivery date by the same amount. If a delay on my side is unreasonable, you can cancel under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Service area

Services and digital products are available to customers in India and internationally, subject to the payment gateway's supported countries and any restrictions under Indian law.
