Terms and Conditions
Effective 23 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services or digital products you buy through it. The website is operated by Rajveer Mahida, an individual (sole proprietor) based in India ("I", "me", "my"). "You" means the person or organisation using the website or buying from me.
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Shipping and Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or buy anything from it.
1. What I offer
I offer the following, collectively the "Services":
- Software development services: design, development and deployment of websites, web applications, APIs, and AI integrations, delivered as fixed-price projects, milestones, or retainers.
- Consulting: paid calls and sessions for technical advice, code reviews and architecture reviews.
- Digital products: software, templates, subscriptions or access to hosted web applications, where offered on this website.
The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are set out in a written proposal, quote, invoice or product page (a "Proposal"). If a Proposal conflicts with these Terms, the Proposal applies to that engagement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to buy from me. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
3. Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless a Proposal or checkout page states another currency. Applicable taxes are shown separately or included, as stated at checkout.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree and Dodo Payments. I do not see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. Your payment is also subject to the terms of the gateway you use. Where a payment is processed by a merchant of record (for example Dodo Payments), that provider sells to you on my behalf and its terms of sale also apply.
- For project work, I may ask for an advance payment before work starts, with the balance due at agreed milestones or on delivery, as set out in the Proposal.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days unless the Proposal says otherwise. I may pause work on an engagement while a payment is overdue.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal date.
- Prices for new orders may change at any time. A price change does not affect an order you have already paid for.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- give me accurate information, and the content, access and feedback I need to do the work, on time;
- confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any material you send me (text, images, code, data, logos);
- not use the Services or the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or to infringe anyone else's rights.
Delays caused by missing information, access or feedback extend the delivery timeline by the same amount.
5. Changes to scope
Work outside the agreed Proposal is a change request. I will quote any extra cost or time in writing, and the change only goes ahead once you approve it.
6. Intellectual property
- Deliverables: once you have paid in full for an engagement, you own the custom work I create specifically for you under it, unless the Proposal says otherwise.
- My existing material: I keep ownership of my pre-existing code, tools, libraries, know-how and general techniques. Where these are part of a deliverable, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them as part of that deliverable.
- Third-party and open-source components: these stay under their own licences.
- Digital products: buying a digital product gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it as described on its product page. It does not transfer ownership of the product.
- Portfolio use: I may mention that I worked with you and show non-confidential parts of the work in my portfolio, unless you ask me in writing not to.
- Website content: the text, design, blog posts and code on this website belong to me unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or republish them without permission, beyond normal quoting with attribution.
7. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for the engagement. This does not apply to information that is already public, that was independently developed, or that must be disclosed by law.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
I will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care. If a deliverable does not match what was agreed in the Proposal, tell me within 14 days of delivery and I will fix it at no extra cost.
Apart from that, the Services, digital products and website are provided "as is". I do not guarantee that software will be free of every bug, that the website will always be available, or that the work will achieve any particular business result. I am not responsible for failures of third-party services such as hosting providers, APIs or payment gateways.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, my total liability to you for any claim arising from the Services or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid me for the specific Service the claim relates to. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to compensate me for any claims, losses or costs arising from material you supplied, or from your breach of these Terms or of the law.
11. Cancellation and termination
- Either of us may end an engagement by giving written notice. Refunds on cancellation follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- If an engagement ends early, you pay for work completed and approved costs incurred up to the termination date, and I hand over the work completed up to that point once it is paid for.
- I may suspend or end access to a digital product or subscription if you breach these Terms.
12. Third-party links
This website links to external sites (for example GitHub, LinkedIn and Instagram). I am not responsible for their content or practices.
13. Force majeure
Neither of us is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or internet outages, government action, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith by email. If that fails, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is posted on this page with a new effective date. Engagements already in progress stay under the version that applied when they started, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
